Welch to miss Rockingham
Daniel Welch will miss this weekend's British Touring Car Championship round at Rockingham for budgetary reasons. Welch Motorsport, which has run an NGTC-spec Proton Persona in this year's championship, confirmed the news on Tuesday. The team, which is run by Daniel's father John, will return for the final two rounds of the season at Silverstone and Brands Hatch
