Blomqvist given grid penalty

Tom Blomqvist has been given a five-place grid penalty for Saturday's first F3 Euro Series race at Brands Hatch. The ma-con Motorsport driver was adjudged to have broken the pitlane speed limit twice during the session by the race stewards.
