Svendsen-Cook returns with Double R

Rupert Svendsen-Cook will return to the British Formula 3 International Series with Double R Racing at Silverstone next weekend. The 21-year-old Briton, who has acted as the team's driver coach this year, replaces Fahmi Ilyas in an International Class Dallara-Mercedes F312. He tested the car at Pembrey last week
