Elomaa Shines at Phoenix

Week Two of the NASCAR iRacing.com Class C Series (Open Setup) took the drivers to the Valley of the Sun and Phoenix International Raceway located in Avondale, Arizona for some high speed short track online racing.  Although some would consider Aleksi Elomaa (Finland) a road racer by trade, he is also quite the talent on the ovals.  That talent would be shown as he earned the most championship points for the week at one of the more difficult tracks on the NASCAR circuit. 941 sim racers competed in an official race during Week Two, but out of that large number, only one could claim victory in the week’s highest Strength of Field race.  That person was Ohio native Kenny Humpe who won the 3144 SoF in dominating fashion leading 84 [...]
