West suspended for doping

Moto2 podium-sitter Anthony West has been stripped of his seventh-place finish at Le Mans and banned from competition for one month for a doping transgression. West, who has finished runner-up in the last two Moto2 races, gave a sample back at Le Mans in May which was found to contain traces of a prohibited substance.
